SAQ - Basketball

Middle and High School Basketball Athletes!

This is a six week training program designed to help athletes enhance there overall athletic performance. We are combining our SAQ and Skill training to produce the ultimate athlete/player. The training program is designed to work on a players speed, agility and quickness while sharpening his basketball knowledge and skills. We will work on every aspect of their game. We will train muscle memorization through drill repetition. The training will work on first step, body positioning, change of direction, and rapid transitional recovery. The training will also focus on shooting off the dribble, coming off picks/screens, catching and shooting while the body is in motion, and playing with your back towards the basket.
